Day 243-"First Dentist Appointment"

Yeah, I know, He's like 8 years old & all, but whatever-the first round of teeth fall out anyway. I snapped this pic of Grant nervously waiting for Ben Smith to examine the phenomenon of the missing front tooth. No joke. That gap has been there for at least a year and a half. Good news, It's almost to the surface & does indeed exist.

Day 239-"Hot News!"

So this past Wednesday every household in Marion County received a copy of The Enterprise. This vision of my husband absorbing the contents of this literary windfall, coupled with the infamous ad placement of "lebanon legend" Jerry Fowler strategically (?) placed over the words annoyance, just couldn't be denied. This hot news would have to be day 239.

Day 235-"Saying Goodbye"

Day235
Grant's cat freckles got hit by a car this morning. My father hid him & we waited until after school to tell him the sad news. He cried & then as we walked down to the bottom of the yard to burry him (my mom & I couldn't help, but laugh) he said, "well, another one bites the dust."
